An online directory of Victorian Era biographies:
Currently this site contains biographical citations from an 1888 work Prominent Men and Women of the Day as well as from The American Academy of Arts and Letters 1922 book In Memoriam: A Book of Record. The intent of both cyclopedias was to present the most important facts and achievements of the late 19th Century's most celebrated men and women. The text is being coded, and saved from obscurity by Tom Layton.
